Noon Sharif Gigir has a master degree on Gender and Development from the Regional Institute of Gender, Diversity, Peace and Rights/Ahfad University for Women, Sudan. she has a obtained her Bachelor Degree on Medicine and Surgery from Ahfad university for women.
Sudan. Noon is also a former member of the Standing Committee on Human Rights and Peace/ The International federation of Medical Students Associations where she has been active as a trainer of Human Right specially Women Rights. She has been working at the Regional Institute of Gender, Ahfad University as Information Officer of the Constitution Building Project, and she has also been actively volunteering in a number of national organizations in Sudan that work in the field of Development, Peace and Human Rights. Noon is Alumni of the International Summer School, University of Oslo, where she studied the Gender Equality course.
