Raymond Da-boi has a BSc in Business Management from the A.M.E. Zion University, Liberia, a Certificate in Armed Conflict and Peace building from the United Nations University, Japan, an advanced Certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and a MSc in Humanitarian and Refugee Studies from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is a Research Fellow and Assistant Director of the Institute of Peace and Conflict Resolution, Cuttington University, Liberia with responsibilities for teaching, research, carrying out training seminars and workshops and community-based initiatives in conflict management (mediation) and peace building. Raymond’s contributions to research include participation in UNHCR/LRRRC Reintegration Program for Liberian returnees/ex-refugees from Guinea, Ghana, Sierra Leone (2007); England – Africa Partnership (EAP) Programme between Bradford University, University of Liberia and Cuttington University (2007-2008); and UNESCO Research Interface on Regional Integration in West Africa, Management of Social Transformation (MOST) Program (2007-2008).
As part of the fellowship program, Raymond is currently studying for MA in Conflict, Security and Development at King’s College London.
