Yvonne Ajudua (Nigerian)
Ms Yvonne Ajudua holds an MA in Human Rights and Conflicts Management from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Pisa Italy, an MBA from Lincoln University, California USA as well as BA in Banking and Finance from Benson Idahosa University, Nigeria. She previously worked with the African Union as a Human Rights Officer in Burundi with primary responsibilities for documenting human rights abuses and making recommendations to the AU Peace and Security institutions. She has also worked with Plan International on monitoring accountability of African States on commitments to child rights as well as supporting the process of the drafting the Universal Periodic Review on Human Rights for the Kingdom of Swaziland. Her research interest is in the area of women and insurgency with special focus on Boko Haram.
